We accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible. Please note that customized or personalized items (such as name-engraved gifts) cannot be returned, as they are made exclusively for you.

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@klacraftstudio.com or use the Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions. In some cases, you may need to cover the return shipping fee.

After we receive your returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability of the desired item.

In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately with clear pictures of the issue. We’ll prioritize replacements or refunds at no extra cost to you.
